This week, Mark and Allen break down the Episode that heralds the triumphant return of DJ Roomba! After City Manager Paul Iaresco has a heart attack, Chris comes back as acting city manager, asking Leslie for more revenue generating ideas. Leslie organizes a camping trip where the gang can brainstorm. Nobody comes up with anything good, assuming Leslie's ideas will be used. Leslie is finally forced to confess she's got nothing. Leslie becomes crazed and suggests they keep working straight through the night until they have something, but everyone is ready to throw in the towel, pack up, and head home... but they can't, since Tom hooked up all his electronics to the van battery and drained it! Meanwhile, Ann feels weird with Chris back, especially given how they broke up. Ann tries to read into an awkward jokey exchange they had, but Leslie shuts that down and invites Ann to go camping with them. During the retreat, Chris shows up on his nightly jog and asks about their ideas. Ann convinces Chris to leave with her so [a] they can talk, and [b] the gang can keep working in peace. Ann and Chris have a nice talk, with Chris suggesting they continue things over dinner at a rustic diner. Finally, April vents to Andy about how she's dreading the camping trip, but Andy loves camping, and wants her to love it too. He gets balloons, decorations, rose petals, champagne, etc. and sets up a romantic campsite for her... in the wrong place. A miserable April calls him, and when Andy realizes he's in the wrong place, he packs up and treks through the wilderness to find everyone.
